Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

What shipping options do you offer and what is the cost? 

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping via USPS for your monthly box. Please allow 5-7 days for your shipment to arrive.

When will my order ship?

Boxes are shipped on the 5th day of the month following your purchase date or your renewal date.

You will receive an email confirmation at the time you place your order. Each time your order is updated or your order status changes, you will be sent notification by email.

Return Policy

Do I need to sign for my package delivery?

We ship via USPS. There is no need to sign for your package.

What if my order is lost?

If by chance a package is lost in transit, we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you report it to the carrier USPS before reaching out to info@strongonhealthbox.com

Changing your order

Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact as soon as possible with any requests.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.

Opening your account

You can register for an account here by entering your name, email, and a password of your choice. You are only required to register on our site if you are making a purchase. You will be prompted to sign in or register for an account whenever required.

Can I change the products that come with my order?

We do not offer the option to customize your box at this time. Each product has been carefully selected to compliment the specific nutritional goals for the month. The products selected, we believe, will assist you in achieving your best self.

Do you share my information with third parties?

The Strong on Health Box respects your privacy and does not share your information with third parties.

When will my subscription renew?

Subscriptions will renew on the 11th day of each month.

Subscriptions automatically renew. You may cancel your membership at any time online or by contacting The Strong on Health Box Support at info@strongonhealthbox.com
